Delivery times vary depnding on location. A detailed guide is provided on the SHIPPING page.
Current estimated transit times for standard delivery is 2-3 working days for domestic and 5-17 working days for international. These delivery times act as a guide and on occassion may take slightly longer.

On completing your order, you will recieve a confirmation email from Claudia Kilsby aling with a seperate email containing your Royal Mail tracking link.
Tracking may take a few hours to update.
Currently we only ship our fragrance and cosmetics within the UK, however we are hoping to expand this in the near future.
At Claudia Kilsby we want all of our orders to reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason you have had an issue with your order, whether it be lost, damaged or incorrect please reach out to our Customer Service team who will be happy to help.
For damaged or incorrect orders, please ensure you take photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging arrived in and retain the items until the issue has been resolved.
