How long does it take to process an order?
All orders received before 12pm on a Business Day* will be dispatched same day. Any orders made after 12pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
*Business Day means a day on which banks are open for general banking business in England and Wales, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
What about shipping?
Our orders are shipped from 12 Mandale Park< Wallsend Road, NE29 7FN, United Kingdom. We ship our Products both domestically across the United Kingdom and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method, as set out below.
What are my shipping options?
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and provide a range of options to suit your needs. Our shipping timeframes and costs are set out in the table below. We note that they are estimates only and subject to Royal Mail’s delivery timeframes.

Where you order products for delivery outside of the UK, you may need to pay custom charges or taxes in addition to the price we charge.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification and sms message from us with a tracking link. You can use this tracking link to check the status of your delivery. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
