Shipping

Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be processed during busy periods. We aim to get orders out as quickly as we possibly can. In quieter times if your order is placed before 12pm it will most likely be posted same day. 

Any orders made after 5pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Once your order has been processed here are the following shipping times (if there are no delays with royal mail)

Tracked 24: Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day including Saturdays.

Tracked 48: Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2 - 3 working days.

International Standard Tracked

Royal Mail aim to deliver in 5 - 21 working days but please note they are still experiencing delays with international post due to covid. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Claudia Kilsby Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

All orders are sent out tracked and you will receive emails and SMS updates of your orders current status. 

You are responsible for putting the correct delivery address on your order.
