1. Subscription Duration:
- The subscription period is a minimum of 3 months.
- After the initial 3-month commitment, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
2. Discounts:
- Subscribers enjoy a 15% discount on all orders placed during the subscription period.
3. Order Frequency:
- You can choose between two delivery options: every two weeks or once a month.
4. Subscription Renewal:
- The subscription will automatically renew exactly 2 weeks or on the same day of the month as the initial order.
5. Billing Retry:
- In case of a failed billing attempt, our system will automatically retry billing three times, with one day between each retry.
6. Cancellation Policy:
- If the subscription experiences the maximum number of billing failures, the subscription will be automatically cancelled.
7. Billing Timing:
- Customers will be charged on the same hour as the initial order placement.
8. Dispatch and Shipping:
- Orders will be dispatched on the same day every two weeks or date each month as the initial order.
- Please note that orders will not be dispatched over the weekend.
9. Product Availability:
- If a subscribed product is out of stock, we will either substitute it with the nearest comparable item or provide a refund.
